Risk management and uncertainties
We analyse the risks and uncertainties inherent in our operations and operating environment as part of our responsible approach to management.
We have updated the Foundation’s risk map, which we monitor regularly. We seek to identify any potential uncertainties in our operating environment, which may be economic, political or geopolitical in nature. This gives us the best chance to adapt to any changes in our environment.
We monitor the Foundation’s reputation every two years by participating in the Reputation&Trust Survey (T-media). Reputation and trust are built on transparent governance, financial stability, a clear strategy and clear leadership, innovation, engagement, products and services, taking stakeholders into account, and a good employer image. Our reputation is excellent (3.82 on a scale of 1–5) and stakeholder trust in our activities and management is also very high.
In our opinion, the Foundation’s risks may consist of reputational damage resulting from internal or external factors, risks related to personnel and technological advancements, or general information security risks.
We monitor our performance. We are developing our working methods to be more flexible and adaptable to different situations. It is important to develop and maintain trust with our partners and stakeholders in order to minimise any potential risks arising from partnership ecosystems.
