Pro bono supporters

We received even more pro bono support than in previous years. Our pro bono supporters included the Boston Consulting Group (strategy consulting), Roschier (legal advice), JcDecaux (advertising space), Ocean Outdoor (advertising space), Superson (communications sparring), several private cinemas (advertising space), s/y Belmont (sailing for clients) and Astrid Charter (sailing).

With Sanoma Media Finland, we carried out a major joint marketing campaign for our communications and fundraising. Sponda took part in Baltic Sea Day by providing digital space for campaign messages in its shopping centres. Accenture provided pro bono support for one of our projects. Several other organisations also offered significant discounts for their services.

Private donors

We received many donations from individuals during the year. The majority of these donations were made through a donation product called Save a piece of the Baltic Sea. In addition to these one-off donations, we also received long-term support in the form of monthly donations. The amount that was donated increased for both monthly and one-off donations.
