The Foundation’s subsidiary Baltic Sea Services Oy

The John Nurminen Foundation’s publishing operations have been taken over by Baltic Sea Services Oy (BSS), a new subsidiary fully owned by the Foundation and established at the end of 2020. The goal is to separate the Foundation’s non-profit and philanthropic operations more clearly from its commercial activities.

In addition to publishing books, Baltic Sea Services Oy will focus on selling ecologically sustainable fan merchandise, and developing the service and development business operations that support the work of the Foundation.
